65. Srila Prabhupada is my prudent ecologist. To reverse the atrophy of life on earth, he implements the principle of plain living and high thinking. He is Mother Bhumi’s foremost exponent.
The sufferings of human society are due to a polluted aim of life, namely lording it over the material resources. The more human society engages in the exploitation of undeveloped material resources for sense gratification, the more it will be entrapped by the illusory, material energy of the Lord, and thus the distress of the world will be intensified instead of diminished. The human necessities of life are fully supplied by the Lord in the shape of food grains, milk, fruit, wood, stone, sugar, silk, jewels, cotton, salt, water, vegetables, etc., in sufficient quantity to feed and care for the human race of the world as well as the living beings on each and every planet within the universe. The supply source is complete, and only a little energy by the human being is required to get his necessities into the proper channel. There is no need of machines and tools or huge steel plants for artificially creating comforts of life. Life is never made comfortable by artificial needs, but by plain living and high thinking.

66. Srila Prabhupada is my rescuer. He comes to save everyone trapped in the inferno. He is not selective in the dispensation of mercy.
Try to understand our mission of Krsna consciousness. The world is all going to hell. They do not know what is the value of life. Like blind sheep following a blind leader, they are all going to the slaughterhouse. Human life is meant for saving, but instead the leaders are keeping the people in darkness. This is suicidal. Let us try to save them. Christian, Hindu, or Muslim, it doesn't matter.

Guest: I would like to ask, Swami, would you pray for me?
Devotee: He wants you to pray for him.
Prabhupada: I am praying for everyone. That is my business. Otherwise why I have come here?

67. Srila Prabhupada is my history teacher. He recounts the epics of the Maha-Purana. His life’s work is the history lesson of tomorrow.
In the Srimad-Bhagavatam historical facts selected from the histories of different planets have been depicted. It is therefore accepted by all the spiritual authorities as the Maha-Purana. The special significance of these histories is that they are all connected with activities of the Lord in a different time and atmosphere.
SB 1.3.41
Our movement is the greatest gift to the human race. They may not immediately appreciate it, but time will come and history will give evidence that this movement saved the human society from being fallen into barbarianism.

68. Srila Prabhupada is my grand spiritual master’s rightful heir. He has accomplished that which others could not conceive. He is the one devotee whom Srila Bhaktisiddhanta hoped for.
As far as I am concerned I have the blessings of my guru maharaj. I do not need anything else. That is how I went to your country, just to try to carry out his order. By his blessings it has come out successful.

69. Srila Prabhupada is my altar. He accepts my unclean offering, blesses it and presents it to Krsna on my behalf. He is the Supreme Personality of Servitor Godhead.
Regarding offering food: The custom is to offer the foodstuff first to the Spiritual Master; we cannot do anything directly. The Spiritual Master accepts the offering on behalf of his disciple, and offers the same to Krishna. After Krishna's eating, the Spiritual Master eats it, and then the devotees take it as Mahaprasada. This is the system. Everything is offered to the Spiritual Master first, with the prayer "Nama Om Visnupadaya . . ."

70. Srila Prabhupada is my travel agent. He exposes the lunacy of lunar excursions. He books my passage on an easy journey to the highest planet.
Ten years before I said this moon excursion is simply childish and waste of money in my Easy Journey to Other Planets. I am not a scientist, but how I dared to say? Because I know, I have got full knowledge. That is the difference.

Just like we are trying to go to this planet or that planet, but we have been unsuccessful. But if you become Krsna conscious, then immediately after death you immediately go to the Krsna planet, immediately.
Srimad-Bhagavatam 6.1.1
Melbourne, May 20, 1975
71. Srila Prabhupada is my illustrious gong master. His resonating disk spurs the devotees onward. It expels all vibration that does not glorify the Supreme Lord.
So it is better if you play your music for Krishna by having very ecstatic kirtanas in your center in Vancouver, and in this way, as I have introduced it, all of the devotees and also the general public as well will be able to join together cooperatively in the glorification of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, not that we shall glorify anyone else.

72. Srila Prabhupada is my heart’s tenant. He shares residency with Sri Antaryami. Though I am a negligent landlord, both decline to leave.
If you think of me and work for me, then I am in your heart. If you love somebody he is in your heart. It is common thing, everyone understands it.
